Now all we have to do is stick with it
I know since I hit minus 50 I don't feel like a fat slob anymore!!!
Every time I drill a new hole in the belt, it's worth the plain boring food it took!!!
Went to the Dr. Friday and they were very impressed I lost 24 lbs this quarter

I celebrated with a giant bowl of butter popcorn and right back to the celery.

Good luck to those staying on a diet!!! and always, race safe!!!!
