No one should answer this question but for those who do not live out in the absolute sticks.... Where are you going to get in a 1/4 mile run free and clear of traffic, animals and police?

Timing street lights for a red and then just going ?

I just go out towards Burlington and do a hit, move to another spot, do a hit and then bail. I'm cautious about doing 1/4 mile pulls, but I dont exactly trap high so its not a huge concern.

Plenty of spots out by Chicagoland speedway near Joliet. This is where they filmed street outlaws. I have my own favorite spot that my neighbor and I just hit with his Trackhawk.
The other place is I90 at night...home of the MRL

You go a little further south and every road is the 1/4 mile

When I used to do logs for tuning I'd use toll booths at on ramps on 294.

Probably not flat enough for this but could use a regular toll booth?

The hardest thing I've had to deal with is finding a road that is actually flat enough, clean enough and empty enough to get a 1/4 mile in without driving 30 minutes west.
