how much ~600hp cars gain on average from 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile distance , just trying to figure out what my car will run . it did 131-132mph in 1/4 mile

600whp Vette will run high 150s probably maybe 160 from about a 50mph rollout.

Me either, but I remember Jon sending us a pic of his slip. If he was to post, he'd probably argue that he went faster because of his shifting lol.

Possible but either the start mph was high or he went before the start cones. Most of the vettes in that range were topping in low to mid 160s

I feel like a lot of people didn't understand when to go lol. I have a few videos where I lined up with someone and was just accelerating to get to the start cone and the other person was already through 2 gears ripping before the start line

It depends. NA vs Boosted is going to behave differently particularly in the higher gears. Jon's car has a Vortech.

The speed at which you start is a major factor. Was this 30 roll? 60 roll, 70 roll? Going before the cones? I assume this was a 60 roll at least to do 170.

hopefully I can brake 160mph . I know the stock turbos are out of steam at 130mph +

It will be my first time doing something like this, and first time I will be able to run against cars, Byron dragway doesnt allow fro that.
Should be fun.

You can see in the video below, people going hundreds of feet before the cones sometimes haha....I was on my best behavior and waited until getting to them, but you can hear the other cars wheel screeching/revving WELLLL before we get to the cones..
