And I'm with you there, I don't think anyone should ever physically assault someone because a difference of opinion. It's ridiculous to me that someone would ever hit someone else over words, no matter how offensive they were.

It's certainly not a super common occurrence, but there are many cases of rape, incestual rape, and cases where pregnancy/birth would put the mother in a life threatening situation that absolutely should be given the choice.

It's not the 1800's anymore. This basically never happens.
