That's not necessary. Just change the piston return springs.

+1 on the front mount as your next mod. i'm pretty sure the IC's on the 1.8 are tiny as hell. are you running a BOV? if not any issues with boost creep or spike? just wondering that seems like a lot more work for the little turbo in those cars.

Why do they call tunes stage 1 and 2? I Thought Stage 1 etc was bolt ons and once you reach a certain level your at a new stage.

Stage 1 in an audi 1.8T is a flash and diverter valve. stage 2 is a flash, DV, bigger injectors, and downpipe. stage 3 is a larger turbo swap and a ton of other shit

the intercooler is very tiny, AND its a side mount, so its borderline worthless. its on my long list of shit to do. im not running a BOV, and wont, because it is said that BOV's do bad things to Audi's. Instead our motors run diverter valves, and i will be upgrading mine within a month
