This season is definitely.... Different. I don't feel the writing is as strong as the last two. They keep the cop involved but she's literally adding nothing to the story. And maybe she's not really supposed to yet.

I'm also not finding myself liking McGregor all that much in this. Whenever he's Emmitt, it always seems like he's trying to hide a sarcastic smile with each bit of dialogue.

Winstead is the most interesting character imo.
