you said its keeping the batter fully charged?
because i degressed my motor on my 01 grand am gt at work (i work at a car wash) and a few days later my alternator burnt out. I thought it was my starter and my battery but it was the alternator that was the problem.

it did the same thing it just clicked when i went to turn it over. i replaced the starter to tho cuz that went out at the same time.
