Yes you can and they look awesome! That little bit of extra width really sets off the wheel tire combo, fills the wheel wells much nicer.

I've got 235/55/16's on my car. They look a little meatier, but some can fit a little loose on the rim. I've got Falken zeix-512's and it's a nice fit, and they're a good tire.
