i am able to really be critical with my "wash process" for the camaro...

i rinse after a wash and use the leaf blower to dry...when there's just small beads on the car i use Griots Garage Speed shine and a damp waffle weave MF drying towel over the entire car.

if you incorporate this into your process it may actually save you an extra step @ the end.

As noted on any late model car the above info is all good. I have had some issues with some real shit boxes from the early 90s getting water in the TPS sensors, Ford V8s are super sensitive to getting water near the plugs/injectors 4.6 and 5.4L, anything old with a distributor you got to be real careful with.
