Cool. Glad they still have some people that work for them that know what they are doing.
I feel like their staff (installer people excluded at the moment) are just useless as far as anything. They act like they are better than everyone and don't care about customer service at all. I can count a ton of times (various best buys) that I had a question about something and they would either shrug it off and not answer it or direct me to bestbuy.com.
