Does your 01 have the plastic tank? If so you will need a hybrid canister with venturi.

Borrow one from a known good car to test first. No sense in blowing $40 if you dont have to. FPR's are so easy to change out, even a caveman could do it.

thats a fucking rocking thing. the fuel pump is installed in the car ? er it was an extra part... i think M@ has the rewire... but ill get the pump out of it hopefully...

that is all you need to make a hybrid canister. PRJ will need to help but basically you use the bottom half of 97 and the top half of your current canister. Is the 97 and L67 car?

Also, the GPSorenson is higher rated fpr and it has a larger return port. So you get more fp and no pressure creep.

the 97 is an l67 car--- kinda- its a 97 se- with an l67 in it- anteater nose and all.

i think once i start delving into it- ill be able to figure it out.

Well venturi is a must with PRJ racetronix so the bottom half of the canistar must have the venturi set up (black hose) and i am not sure the SE or any NA cars had the venturi set up. I know Morad sent me the wrong fp once and it was missing the venturi set up.
