normally when buying a car from someone the buyer usually get some sort of informations about the car. in this case killer-gtp was not told about the problems the car is having or what's the real mods under the hood that's all im saying. killer-gtp must got the mods information from somebody when he bought the car.

From what I am gathering, someone else bought it from the original owner. Then OP bought it from that guy. Ipso facto, OP didnt buy it from original owner.

At least thats how I am reading it.
