I have the front timing components (chain, tensioners, seals, etc) bought from Freedom Racing years ago and added the VCT solenoids and the preferred Melling HV oil pump with thermostat and oil filter for $400. All parts beside the oil pump are Motorcraft.
I also have 8 Motorcraft spark plugs, 8 Motorcraft coils, and Motorcaft fuel filter for $200
