Inherited this car from my mom and drove it for the past 18 months with really no issues. I have too many vehicles and just trying to make some space

The good-
Just passed emissions
Tires/brakes/etc all ok
New timing chain and tensioner
Remote start
AC works
The bad-
-Driver rocker panel delete (very common)
-Front wheel bearing noise (planning to fix)
-Interior filthy (will clean best I can)
-One of the hubcaps rattles so I just drove around without them and looked like an idiot
-Front speakers don’t work unless it’s 90deg
-Brake fluid leak somewhere. Top off once a year
-No cruise control option
$2k (other ones with double or more miles seem to be $1500-1800)
