If you have FB, try the Chicagoland Area Modern Mopars page.
Might have some luck there. As much as I always wanted to build a Maggie, I'm pretty sure I'm going the Hellcat route.

I hear ya. I'm on the CAMM page as well. Didn't think about adding him so he could post it there. Thanks!

I hear ya. Haven't gotten a reply on the water pump yet. I'll try to hit him up again later today.

Put a stock hood and grille back on it and it would be a sweet DD. I had no idea these got so cheap. GLWS!

Yeah, maintenance can be a killer, there were a few common issues. Good idea to check suspension on these, as they can have issues. They are great highway cruisers. Parents had an '05 Magnum RT back in the day, and it was great for cruising.

I literally know nothing about them other than I like V8's, RWD and station wagons lol. I'm assuming based on the question being asked the water pumps are either problematic, expensive, or a bitch and a half to replace.

Had an 07 magnum rt. Was a fun car and pretty roomy, quick, good gas mileage too. I felt mine was a little worse in the snow than the typical rear wheel drive car but I had all season tires so slap some snow tires on it and I'm sure it'll do fine.

I can alost guarantee you with that many miles he has already addressed the suspension issues if he had any. Some people had issues and some didnt. Either way it was easy and cheap fix. Just replace with Moog parts and you were golden.

From my understanding any sight of overheating and the head gasket took a shit toasting the motor. Mopar guys can correct me if I'm wrong.

It's actually that a valve seat would drop into the cylinder. The 03-08 5.7 all that had issue. In 09 they went with a different head design.

The front suspension wears on these, but like said above, if you replace with Moog stuff you're usually good to go. Did mine, not that hard to do.

Easiest way to avoid that is to install a 180* t-stat and get a programmer to adjust the fan temps
