2 speed power glide street use?

So i just got a 2 speed powerglide and wondering how streetable it will be? I'm thinking about using a 2200 stall with it. Or should i sell it and rebuild my 700r4?

My stock gear is 2.73 I'm totally UN-familiar with the glides so i can't tell if you guys are being serious. But if you are then thank you cause i can use all the help i can get with this build.

Not dedicated track but also not daily driver. It wouldn't see the highway. And what gears would make it most streetable but still have good hole shot power?

You need about 4-5 times the power you have now to justify a glide.

The whole point of the glide is to get a higher-powered car out of the hole smoother, increase consistency, one less shift where you have to worry about breaking the tire loose, etc.

A stock gearset glide has a 1.76:1 ratio on first gear. Your 700r4 has a 1.56:1 second gear. So launching a glide in first gear will feel pretty damn close to launching your current trans in second. FYI, your first gear right now is 2.84:1.
