Took 2 cortisone shots for my buddy, has been pain free going on 2yrs now.
Fuuuuuuuuu, I've done a prednisone pack, cortisone seems preferable to basically all other options save for time and therapy.

That's the kind of place I used to go to, more of a personalized mom/pop office than an official one. When he retired a friend referred me to an affiliated Chiro, so started to go to an official office that's part of Northwestern Medicine. Been seeing him for about 3-4 years now, and have been happy.I had a BAD chiro experience in my 20's, and was extremely leery about getting back into one. I was right there with you, never wanted to step into one again...after about a month and a half of the sciatica not improving, I got a recommendation from a friend, about a chiro she'd been seeing for about 20 years off and on. She has a fairly messed up back, and he's been able to help her. He's a bit of a weird dude, but he plays old rock (Zepplin, Metallica, Deep Purple, etc) on the speakers in the office, so it's not your typical "doctor" type of thing. I like that he's not trying to just do an hour long adjustment, just a quick adjustment on either side once a visit, but 95% of the time, is on therapy items like stim, ultrasound, stretching, type of stuff. Far less chiro, IMO, and more sports medicine-esque.
Three weeks since my wife’s accident and we are still waiting for an offer. We got a rental Jeep GC Limited so we ain’t complaining. Are they giving you options? We figured we are going to get screwed because our minivan isn’t worth much. Our lawyer told us we couldn’t really negotiate offer??Got numbers for my car from the insurance, trying to decide on what to do......

Edit, he also does some sports medicine and has some PT equipment in his office, so a nice all-in-one. I can PM you his info if you need/want it.
They sent me a file with 6 comps that were similar (or as similar as they could find since not many of them out there) and then gave me an averages value plus whatever mine had over those. Then they gave me a buy back number. I’ve read a few things that say you can try to negotiate both value and buy back. They also hit me with they need the rental back by the end of the week which seems like bs. I think I’m going to try and argue that too. I don’t even have money yet to buy a new vehicle and you’re going to take away my transportation? This is only week two of actually having it and that took nearly 3 weeks to actually get one from them.Three weeks since my wife’s accident and we are still waiting for an offer. Didn't you already move all of your stuff? Why not fly?Stock PP1 wheels back on.
Removed amp and sub box for more room in trunk.
Free Oil change at dealership I bought the car from.
Free starbucks off points while I wait for car.
Ready for Drive back to ND tomorrow. Another weeks worth of drill this coming weekend and staying next week to service all my radars back in North Dakota scattered all over the state. Bet I put 4k miles on this trip too. Not towing a car home this time so why not drive the fun car home.
Im kinda about the trip taking my car.
But kinda gotta go home for drill again.

Since my GTA now has power steering, it alleviates some of the boredom of the drive home!
3.23'S make for a long 2nd and 3rd gear. Needs something like 3.90 or 4.10's to take advantage of the cam.None of that sounds anywhere near the indicated rpm
