Took the family to Ft Myers this year. Between waking a family of 5 (2 young teens, one 8 yrs old) at 4 am, car service, airport check in lines, delayed flight, fear of flying, arriving / waiting in car rental line, then arriving to the condo…. I was spent.

Flip side, on another trip, driving straight thru to/from Panama City with the same group was a breeze.

Maybe flying will be less stressful when the kids are all in their teens.

I flew economy out to Phoenix, then 1st class back (last min inexpensive upgrade).

I can see why willsmysticcobra refuses to fly economy… ever.
