now that i have this set-up at the house (in addition to the free-weights) I'm thinking i can pretty much do everything I want at my house. May have to cancel the gym membership (not like its much $$ anyway)

I'm don't break a serious sweat easily. I can get through most lifting without sweating much at all. Running though... its not pretty.

Lucky.. I warm up for like 5 minutes on the treadmill before lifting and I am sweating bullets for the next hour.

week 8 has begun. Can now bench 150 and almost can do like 25-30 pushup. Shoulder cuff finally feels normal. Don't know how you guys lift so much with shoulder issues. Or maybe I am just a baby.

uh... I guess it could be a couple different factors?

I havent been consistant with diet pills... didnt do much cardio last week.. the sauna has been out of order... ate like shit over the weekend.

The 2 weeks prior where I lost 7 lbs, I did all of that. :dunno: lets shoot for 10lbs the month of February.

have you tried/looked into an EC/ECA stack?

I havent looked into any supplements.

Gotcha. Seem to be doing just fine with what you've been doing..but I dont know, it may be something that interests you-- and maybe not... Had I known about this when I was cutting weight, I would've definitely given it a shot.
Heres some basic info:

basically you'd just go buy some bronkaid at CVS, along with some caffeine pills. Ive heard and read countless positive reviews about this stack for weight-loss.

Been playing b-ball with guys at work on lunch and between tuesday and today I have a huge bump on my forehead, a football sized bruise on my thy, and a busted up ankle. Not easy playing with dudes a foot taller than me. However, it was over an hour of running around like a mad man, best way to burn calories hands down

That'd be awesome! Yeah I'm on the other side of town from Fermilab, basically right down Wilson st. almost all the way to Randall. How good are you all? I haven't played a game in a few years :ugh:

Nobody is "good" there's a couple guys that are actually pretty good but everyone else just kinda wings it. I suck and i'm only 5'6", but i'm really quick so i steal the ball a lot. They always whine if i'm guarding them
