There’s a difference between a week and months. You’re not going to leave the pool uncovered and dry for three months filling with leaves and rain. Can’t put a cover on it, the walls aren’t going to support the weight without water in it.
It may happen soon for Illinois. Passed Senate, sitting in the house.Make daylight savings time permanent
Anyone that is against this is probably useless in the mornings whether it's dark or light, and should be ignored

It has to suck if you live in that sliver of IN that does not change, and you work in an area that does.
We have people like that at work because we have a facility in New Carlisle, IN (EST) but the bigger locations are right here in NWI (CST). So with people bouncing around in roles it's very common to end up working 50 miles away from their house...with a time change. It has to suck if you live in that sliver of IN that does not change, and you work in an area that does.

I am making a commitment to myself to take up snowboarding again next winter so I can have SOMETHING to do during the weekends, don't care that I have to drive
Time to shop for some boards on CL in a couple months
Not gonna spend $700+, they're cheap usedExcersize that privledge.....
Why would you spend $700+ for board and bindings when you can just rent gear and not have to haul it up there Everytime? Or are there places more local that you can't rent from?

"Hauling" a snowboard in the bed of a truck is better than wasting 30 minutes renting stuff
