I hope you can get it, I was hoping you could test out a new traction control toy I made this week.

Also, I need a fw guys that run slicks to test this contraption, installs with 2 bolts in 5 minutes or less.

Ron, We can toss it on my car. Currently it's running an open diff and Nitto 555Rs. My best 60ft was a 1.98 and I got that once...

hey Ron,
I'll give it a shot as soon as i'm up and Confident with my car. Shouldnt be toooooo long.. ;) BUMPN!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????

JJ,

I ran an open diff for 2 years=mid 13's, then ran low 13's with a cya diff, all this time NO Burnouts, and 60s as low as 1.85 (low 1.9s consistent) on street tires, with No traction mods.
As soon as I started to use slicks, is when all my troubles began, stretched chains, broken gears, broken input shaft, broken cya diff, and all the crap so far with the Intense stuff. So far i've done about 15-20 burnouts with this tranny, and it wont see anymore for awhile. When I get back to the track, it will be street tires again..till I get a good working tranny.

I guess to answer your question, pretty long with No burnouts, give or take. With Slicks, anyones guess.

Ron, is your welder portable?

Yes, and I've even used extension cords on outlets with only a 15amp breaker. As long as nothing else is a big current draw on the same circuit it's kosher. I'm getting a little low on sheilding gas and I don't think I'll get a chance to refill it this week. As long as it's not a big project it should last.

Can anyone do front and rear manifolds?!?

I've gotten pretty good with them. I don't know about the mod day though. I could help a brother out on the front one but as far as both..? I could help you with both of them if you wanted to trek out the Machesney Park (just north of Rockford) for a day.

Let me know, I'll be at the mod day around 10.
