It's all about angle, lens, lighting...certain angles I'm sure it doesn't look so deep, while others can get the photos from above.

I heard Reinsdorf has offered a trade of his WS game ball from Konerko, and players Chris Sale and Jose Quintana for Ricketts game ball that he got from Rizzo today. Im not so sure that's a fair deal...For Ricketts!

So World Series and Parade are over. Anticipate people partying hard this weekend, then back to normal life come Monday.

Cubs fans going to experience something similar to postpartum depression?

I head the deal was shut down because Ricketts tried to give the Sox the wife beater, but Jerry said no.

So glad we didn't end up with Chapman on the team...I'd rather lose.

I think it will be a topic discussed and analyzed for hundreds of years. When today's cubs fans have children, and grandchildren...they will likely ask their parents/grandparents...."why was winning more important to you than your ethical and moral standard?"

Chicago got ahead of itself, and lowered themselves to accepting a deal with the devil for a WS title. One day people will look back in shame....

Had the day off and went down there. Holy crap. Felt crazier than the Hawks parades. Blue as far as I could see down Michigan and Jackson. Unbelievable. I drove to my office near the board of trade and it actually wasn't that bad. Garage was empty. Most people took the trains, and the roads were clear. Made it home quicker than my normal commute.

Congratulations from Southern NJ to TCG Cubs fans!!

Was a great Series.

I just think it's very sad. Just awful people are supporting a wife beater.

But 1 bad guy (never even charged in court) doesn't take away from the team. You're throwing the baby out with the bath water just because you're mad nobody gave a shit when the white sox won in 05

He wasn't charged because she purposely gave a BS story so the cops would leave, she didn't want to give up her money. But there is little doubt he choked and beat that girl.

When someone so deplorable is on your team, it gives a black eye to everything the team does.

Even the cubs DJ in protest played smack my bitch up when he came to the mound. That guy made a statement that all cubs fans should have followed, and he lost his job for it

I went to the parade. I'm not a Cubs fan by any means, but I'm definitely a fan of their parades. I was wearing mostly black of course, cause go Sox.

Anyway I think I see myself in this shot, middle of the pack on the right side. Hey, @Bru . What was your favorite part of Jackson? Getting shoved every thirty seconds, cheering on those kids trying to climb the tree, or trying to cross that bridge? All of those were worth it, even if I couldn't see anything.
