FS: 1st floor 2bed/2bath Condo in Wheaton

Figure "Why Not"; Closing on my house in the next few weeks, so before my Realtor gets involved I'd figure I'd toss this up.

We are selling 1570 Burr Oak Ct D, Wheaton IL, 60189;

Its an 1149sqft first floor 2bed/2bath condo with an attached 1 car garage (Separated stall, not shared with other residents).

The area is extremely quiet, and primarily a more elderly audience. Walking distance to Wheaton Warrenville South Highschool, and nestled against the Blackwell Forest Preserve area and Cantigney.

Top of my head (Since we purchased it in July of 2014);
Kitchen is new top to bottom minus the cabinets, which got new hardware.
All appliances are also new and black, Gas stove.
Master Bathroom is new (down to the studs renovation) and is a Full bath (Shower Stall, no tub).
Floor and Trim throughout the dining/living areas is brand new, Floor is 'dog resistant' 10 year pergo.
Carpet is new in both bathrooms.
A/C was serviced and had a new capacitor installed.

Personally If I was selling and trying to get top $. I would repaint walls to something more neutral.

Modern Kitchens are commonly done in 'Hungry' colors (Hot colors, Reds/Oranges), compliments the dark wood and black nicely.

The main areas are all neutral, light/Pale blues (Icy Waterfall)/Grays (Some kind of Smoke color). Master bedroom has a Teal accent wall and walk-in closet.

Carpets in both bedrooms are Gray as well, and are a step or two above basic (so they are a bit more plush/thick than 'cheap' stuff).

My realtor has a professional photographer that specializes in this handle the pics.

It is a pretty spacious condo to be honest, and thanks for the compliment on the paint, [MENTION=4700]Miss Esa[/MENTION] picked most of the colors with some input from me. I did the majority of the painting minus the guest bathroom and kitchen (Due to a battle with wallpaper when we first bought the place).
