The Plan:

- new (used) H/C ls1 - ~Thanks Sam~
- 4.10 Gears ~richmond 4.10 ~ thanks Amy
- lower ( shocks and springs ) - Thanks 262
- grill ~black billet w/ 69 bow tie ~
- headlights ~OEM style DEPO ~
- smoke markers and tails ~DONE~
- 42.5# injectors
- high flow pump - ~Got a Racetronix setup ~
- weight reduction ( not much )
- new pads and rotors ( wilwood :squint: )
- clean up all accessories and brackets ( might paint or powder coat)
- switch for fans
- under hood Lighting 16' 50/50 LED strip

Just a question, but why rip the whole front end off? Sounds like a nice list for winter though.

- fuses relocated
- weight reduction
- grill
I am also gonna do some lighting behind the grill and relocate my hid ballasts. and its only gonna take a few extra hours, so why not..

and I wont scratch up the front bumper cover doin the swap

I should get some more work done next week sometime.. real busy these days.
think Imma pull the motor next.. then I can start cleaning up the accessories, brackets and underhood

Looks like this is gonna be an H/C car, perfect, now we can set up a race for that $100 bet turk threw out!

Nice lookin build, what you expecting out of the car power wise?

Outside is gonna look tittahs, especially with the wilwood brakes :nutz:


I dont know of this $100 nor have I ever meet Turk ( that I recall )

should be around 430whp



already have them.. just gotta get new pads and rotors ..

I think I made the bet saying he couldn't bet a heads/cam LS1. The car we were going to use was Wingers.

lol, well there ya go... it was something like $100 says a series 2 3800 could never beat a h/c ls1 car
