Which do you guys recommend???

Would you guys recommend the brace or the girdle cover??
Considering this one or the BF brace....
I have used the T/A Girdles on my SRE's on my past cars and curious on what you guys would recommend on these cars with the IRS

Do you run one? Also why do you like it over the cover?

Yes, I have one. Hans installed it, and we got it from Lethal Perfomance.

It was recommended by many members here on CSVT, and it seems almost everyone that owns an '03 Cobra.

Yeah it seems that everyone has one but I always look for all my options before a purchase.... And if there is anything better I am always all ears.... Thanks for the input though its appreciated

I'm leaning towards the Diff cover only because I have used them with success in the past (solid rear end)and the braces look like shit...lol

Well, you most likely now have an IRS, and even though ugly, they are functional. :biggthump

I went down the track without it too... got to love bone stock IRS and drag radials. Got my 10.7! :cool2:

Youre going to need more than a brace when you hit that 600rwhp mark. I talked to Nayel and he reccomended a cover, once I get his halfshafts. I have been running the Billetflow brace and no problems so far, only a leaky diff, but thats a common prob. :quote:

Evidently the cover is stronger than if they are recommending it after upgrading the half shafts..

yea that was an issue i had to resolve when i got izzys irs:lmao:

sealed it up and put on the bf brace, problem solved

Any more responses? I am calling Joe at CRE tomorrow about some SF connectors and get his take on the options.. TO BE CONTINUED....
