I am running Royal Purple synchromax. The only other thing I would use is the Motorcraft stuff, but is like 28$/qt. RP can be had at most Napa's. Very smooth shifts, shifts even in very very cold weather.

Sometimes have to have it ordered.

i put amsoil in my foci when i exploded my pressure plate and it went thru my bell housing.

no, thats what happens when you take your 4 cyl to your local circle track and compete with the v8s. they all come over and want to look under the hood wanting to know where the turbo or supercharger is and i tell them its na

No you don't. I might run RP or the amsoil alternative when I change it at 60K.

Probably amsoil though just cause shady's a dealer. lol
