Dont think so, but I know the whole bumper will. You should just upgrade.
That would be a downgrade
03-04 rear bumper looks good on an 99-01 with stock lower door side moldings and front bumper. It carries through well. What doesnt look good is an 03-04 front bumper on a 99-01 cobra with stock lower door side moldings and rear bumper. Does not carry through when you go wide to narrow. The 03-04 cobra design has the wider beefier stance with the way they designed the front bumper flat up and down side moldings and rear bumper.
