i have an 01 Cobra what would be the pros and cons of both and which would you prefer?

It's a matter of preference as each system performs differently. It's a long-winded explanation you're asking for, so I suggest that you use the "search" feature as I'm sure the topic is here somewhere on these boards.

turbos are way more efficient than superchargers. superchargers are more popular on mustangs because they are so much easier to install and are usually cheaper.

if cost isnt a factor, go turbo

talking centrifugal, twin screw, or turbo.

Centrifugal is high HP numbers

Twin screw is high low-end torque

Turbo is all out madness.

Vortech and Procharger are popular centrifuges cuz they cost less,

Once you get into the 6K per kit range that is where KB and Turbos come in.

I had a vortech with the intercooler on my old 01 and it put down 452/398.
