Default Cog set up??

Just curious,

What do you guys think about cog set up? is it good or bad for our cars? how about power, makes more power than regular pullied cobras?

I was looking at them 2 years ago and they were snapping belts left and right. Supposedly the issue was fixed however I still heard rumors of belt breakage from some users and then decided it wasnt worth wasting my money on.

There really is no need for a Cog setup on these cars. It puts alot more stress on parts that dont really need to be leaned on. If anything convert to a 10 Rib setup. Even that may be overkill though. I ran 25 PSI on a KB 2.4 with a stock 8 Rib setup and never had trouble with belts

Doodad, I thought we had already talked about my experience with the cog setup. To make a long story short, it is NOT what you want to do. Stick with Billetflow

+1.. I would NOT suggest the cog setup. I have heard of people actually breaking off their snouts (of the blower).
