BUT! I broke broke a nipple on the boost actuator! yay :ar: not.


Now I have to pull the blower out again and order a new boost actuator from Kenne Bell. Which will prob. be two weeks before they get it out her cause it'll take a week to get through the phone line.

Man i'm bummed

doubt that Chris, When I broke mine. I ordered it on a Mon and had at the door Fri morning. Ive had to call them 3 times in the past on this or that and never got tied up trying to call them.


Ive also been told that you can get that actuator from the Mercedez dealership. Thats where KB is going to get it. What I was told in the past.

I do remember seeing on SVTP about someone did actually go into the Merc dealership and walk right out the door with this part.

those allen head screws sucked shit royally too, and mine was out of the car when I did it. They arent easy to get out... they are in there tight. Mine were anyway

It isn't the boost actuator. It's the thing on the passenger rear side of the blower. Does anyone know what that is?

Its the actuator, I saw the pics in the other thread. It is easy to RnR on the car. There is plenty of room.Just make sure you put the vacuum line on before you reinstall it.
