Question about Wideband o2 sensor heating process

It's calibrated, but I had a Q about it:

When I turn on the power to the car, the XD-16 gauge going into Heat up mode, and it starts counting up (heating the sensor). Should I wait until this is complete each time before starting the car, or can I just start the car right up.

I already started it up a few times while it was still heating this morning and last night. I just want to make sure I am doing it the right way.

just start the car up.... I have my Wideband hard wired with the ignition

it's how you "normal" O2 sensors function... they warm up after ignition is on
