Doing some investigating, i saw Hank posted a combo of 3.1 upper, 8 lower and a port...with that in mind what kinda net power are we looking at??? i mean i see alot of guys running 2.93 and 4 lower so what is that way to go on this?? i just think a 2.76 and 2 lower is over kill

nah, i drove the L with 6 lb lower, and my SS and WS6 were built, honestly if you can drive these cars in the snow i consider you a damn good driver :biggthump

Alan had a 1996 Mustang Gt when we met, and there was a snow storm so bad that snow trucks were in ditches, he made it through it all
(30 min. drive to my house) so yes, if you have skills you really have no worrys

3.1 upper and 6# lower is also the same as a 2.93 upper and 4# lower ... I went with the 3.1 upper and 6# lower, and 3.2 alternator pulley. Also running the eletric water pump so I don't have to worry about overspinning that

First off, I drove my terminator all last winter.....on drag radials.......Just use common sense and take advantage of being able to start in 2nd gear when need be....


the 3.1upper, 8lb lower is going to yield decieving HP results. The HP number probably won't be as high as you'd expect, but the Torque would be crazy in comparison.

I think a 3.1/8lb in hanks car would be perfect. Those kooks headers will take away some boost on the guage! It should make good power and tq for sure
