Upper/lower pulley combo - which?

Just debating if I should go with a pulley combo this year and then sell them next year when I install a upgraded supercharger................

I was thinking either:

2.93 upper with 2# lower
or
3.1 upper with 4# lower

You should go with the larger lower and larger upper. You will have less belt slip.

6 or 8 lb lower and wait for the upper till you get the new blower.

I am on the fence about this. I have a foot long list of other mods, maybe I should do the blower last (save the best for last). :burnout:

From Steigmeier, I was told the ideal boost level for the eaton blower is between 15-17lbs. I have a list of the combo's of upper and lower that work the best together, and which ones to choose to focus on more torque or more hp. Its in my desk though, so I'll try to remember to post on monday the list.

8lb Lower, stock upper...until you decide to up the boost. If you are adding a lower might as well go big as possible to have the biggest possible upper.

2.8/6#/100mm aux idler. I see no belt slip

I make about 15 peak & 470hp/532tq at the rear tires.
