Subframe Connectors on Cobra Vert

First (stupid) question - do all Cobra's have subframe connectors or just the vert's?

One of my subframe connectors was damaged while jacking up the car (I didn't do it!). The guy who did it is replacing them (at no cost) but says he can't find the same ones that came with the car. He was apparently told, by Victor Ford (Wauconda), that the square (cheap) bolt on connectors that came with the car may NOT have come from the factory. True or False?

He said he will replace with new ones he got from Victor Ford. Anyone know something about these?
(I don't want to spend more money on new connectors at this time.)

I third that.

Bolt on stock sub frame connectors are better than nothing but weld ons are superior. About the only drawbacks to weld ons are the appearance may be a little sloppy due to welds/undercoating/paint and the welding heat affects the e-coat which may lead to the car rusting sooner in those spots.

Bolt ons were stock on the verts.
