Single stupidest issue ever with a Terminator....

God damn passenger wiper blade doesnt want to come down. Propped her up for a wash today and doesnt want to come all the way down now. Its stuck like 5inches above the windsheild

My passenger side seat belt stopped working .

Now I gotta make Beth ride in the back. LOL

Like what? Will not latch, unlatch, extend, retract, stop buzzing, etc.

It will not extend. When pulled it makes that THUD it makes when the belt is locked, but it won't unlock.

I got the same problem. Took it in for service and the tech said "No Problem Found". Pull real slow like you have all day and are not in a hurry. Then it will not lock up so much. Don't expect dealer to fix it cause they wont.

No it will not come out no matter how slowly you pull... Trust me I spent 30 mins trying that.

I may try and take it all apart and see if I can fix it.

Ford should do a recall on the cars for the seat belts. I had mine replaced once because they wouldn't retract. Crash restraints are not an area of the car that should have problems.

you should just buy a lightning, make beth happy and you wont have any seatbelt issues... :biggthump

Check TSB 04-24-21

Not sure if it will help. It was printed on my oasis report re: seat belt retractor.

Thanks Vince... I actually had Ford fix it last week. They had to replace the whole belt and retractor.

wiked after working for a dealer for 3 years, you have up to 60K in warrenty for that, its a safty issue and government controlled so id take it in if i were u and make friends with a mechanic if anything else were to go wrong :biggthump

Ford was cool about it and fixed it while I waited. Only took 20 minutes, and I got to supervise.

you also have 80K for emission parts to as long as you dont modify it, but hell i think that went out the window for all of us :lmao:

Too bad there is no money left over for a battery. They are only good about the government-mandated things. And even then not too generous since they couldn't fix my seat belt retractor. They just use the magic words "No Problem Found"
