    I'm not the surest about a non s/c engine , especially a 4v 4.6L but on a Lightning it should be good on a moderatly modded lightning (470+ hp pre Porting) for about 40hp and even more horse the higher the power of the engine. Tuning for compensation also.

    but for you I'd grant you a guess of 20-30hp tuned.
