So I swappd out my Irs and installed a SRA from a 04 GT. Everything went as planned or so I thought besides the brakes. Seems as if I had to give up my rear discs and use the GT discs. Ok so thats what we did!
Anyhow.. after further looking over the car I noticed that my wheel stick out further on the passenger side.... About 1/2 - 5/8th of a inch. Or the drivers side is in 1/2 -5/8th.
Right now I have some old Cobra R wheels on it so I can move it around. Thought maybe the BS was different so I checked it. Both are 6" bs. Then thought maybe since the DR's were toast maybe one tire was buldging... Not the case both measure out the same. So I'm lost here...
What I did was take 2 straight edges to tell me that its not my wheels...
My measurement confims it off while the wheels are off. Yes its still off when the car is level and off the jackstands or jack. Wasnt like this when I had my IRS.
What would cause this...How can I fix this? No the car was never in a accident.
Edit...
The otherside measures out to like 3 1/16th
