yet others have run 11s PROVEN at the track w/ no issue....and quite frankly, we all know the car was made for the track and not the strip. its lap times prove that...but i'm not gonna argue this issue anymore. 90% of this site hates the car so i'm officially done defending, posting, doing anything related to it...you guys win

Ill help defend, Moderately priced Cars can do well in three different aspects:
Acceleration(power)
Handling
Luxury

Now picture a triangle in your head, the car gets put some where in that triangle, it cant take up the whole thing, figure out the rest your self

I believe the 12.6 was at a high elevation with launch control on. All I'm saying is, if Mook ends up getting that car, I would love to run him in the M3!

Car and Driver ran a 12.9 in the M3, so according to them, and you trusting their numbers, the GT-R is faster so you would loose.

as much as I would be all "bwahahaha slow!" at this, Car and Driver is full of idiots who can't review a car OR drive....I got sick of reading their magazine a long time ago.

Top gear (Jeremy Clarkson and others) had nothing bad to say about the skyline. Those guys know how to review a car, and actually tell you whats really right, and whats really wrong. They are pretty against american cars, they're more british car bias (duh) but Jeremy said the new skyline changes direction faster than electricity, lol he loved it for sure!

Are we forgetting that Tony Swan did the driving? He even admitted to being inept at the tech. And that the GTR kept getting out of the launch control when creeping up to stage?
