I got a buddy who lives like 20 min south of morris on 47 that could do it for you if you pick up the pipe for him. Cheaply I'm sure (VERY) assuming you don't have a 1 piece exhaust.

Is your exhaust stainless steel or just regular steel? I'll ask him for a price when I get off *If I remember, feel free to call and remind me* I don't think he has any material to weld stainless right now *its like $60 a spool*

get under the car and check before u start ripping apart your exhaust...takes 3 minutes

A rotten egg smell will ussually be in resultant of the cat burning or being overheated...A rattling noise is a very good indication of going bad or clogged cat... Also you will have extreme loss in power. The best way to tell if it's the cat or not is to get underneath and tap or peck at the cat and if it rattles, it may be clogged/bad

well i just went under... no smell or ratle... but the exhaust gasket i just got replaced blew AGAIN... and i think it did it because of the extra backpressure from a clogged or semi clogged cat. im going to do a vacuum test but ineed help on how to

my high flow cat doesn't even have a screen, so it can't get clogged, Lol.

ALL emmisions systems, ESPECIALLY GMs are warrantied to 100,000 miles. i think its a federal law? Go to your dealership and either get the part for free and do it ur self, or have them put in a new cat/ gasket. If your around the mateson area stop by Miller Chevy in the auto mall, ill tell um ur comming, theyll take care of you.

I can do it, just need to see it. For what car are you talking? If it's the Cobalt in your sig, 3" is way overkill.

ya it is a 3" header/dp going into a 2.5 corsa system..

i just ordered a 2.5" header/dp with a magna flow hi-flow cat. the only way the 3" would be good is that when im spraying ill be making about 290-300. but i think 2.5 will be fine and the power loss shouldnt be much if any
