I am going to use this thread to mark my progress.
Local crew seems to be pretty cool
I got her in fall last year..
It was as stock as it can be, and the plan was to not be doing much to it... little did I know. I met Chris (the Capital guy), Dan (Pearl-G, he'll register here soon), Jeremy (Capital) and few other people.. and mod bug bit me.
Honestly, not sure if it can be called a Bug.. It was more like a werewolf sized big fvcking thing that bit me..
and it started.
1)
Car without a tint.. sigh.
Had to be fixed.
2)
I have never been a big fan of the tags and badges.
Grille was also custom made and replaced
3)
Stock Exhaust note was bugging me.. There was a good deal on a stillen exhaust...
need I say more?
I am still looking for something to replace it down the road, but for now, it is a neat set up.
4)
4.5K are replaced with the 8K HID bulbs.
5)
Intake installed
6)
Since the dealership where I bought he car screwed me over by promising that the brakes were in perfect condition (they were not. far from, actually.), I had to get new brakes..
Stop tech slotted rotors
Hawk pads
Steel brake lines
7)
So I could clean up the engine bay a little, RHD cover was bought.
8)
Winter was coming.. my G is a DD.. So needed to get new tires.
Stock 17"s are rolling on Blizzak tires.
9)
also, due to the winter, a new alarm system was installed.
Autopage OLED two way alarm.
Remote starter, shock sensors, glass sensors, weight sensors, thermal sensors.. all nine yards.
10)
Spring hath come, and it was time for new wheels..
huge props to Chris
Chris also saved me arse on the Tires..and hooked me up with Dunlops
11)
Black Betty grounding kit is installed
12)
Pearl-G has been giving me a hard time for quite a while, saying that we should get to the system build.
Well, it did happen this weekend.
We started at 10.30 am, and the whole box was finished by him at 3.30am the next day.
results:
Z1

12" Diamond Subwoofer
Custom Box
Diamond mono amp
Zeux 4400 oldschool 4 channel amp.

Again, if not Dan (Pearl-G), nothing of this would be possible.

Install Tein S-techs.. sitting in my garage.
Finish Headlight conversion.. sitting at my buddy's house disassembled..
Install engine illumination.. Led strips are sitting in my garage
