I feel like the tail light surround and middle panel should be a flat/matte black as well. Seems weird being gloss and the bumper being matte.

Looks good, I would have just done it with Plasti Dip or Vinyl wrap so its not permanent... I want to do the bottom Valance area on my Red C5Z eventually
