its my moms car, dealer says intake manifold gasket is crap and needs to be replaced and is leaking oil and coolant.

if you've never done it before, doable in 4 hours or so

I could prob do one in under an hour, but only because I've wasted so much of my life under w-body hoods.

Definitely a doable DIY job, and not worth paying dealership assholes 800, parts will run 50-60 bucks usually, if you're replacing both the upper and lower intake gaskets on an NA 3800

If I can do head gaskets on a 3400 in a freaking Van, I'm sure you can tackle LIM on a 3800 in a bonne
