3800 Axles

Anyone know if any of the junkyards around them have and 5-speed cobalts with axles in good shape? I need a set if anyone knows.

01whitegtp had his axles rebuilt at the place I sent him, and that place will beef/fix yours NO problem, PM me or him. The axle shop is right aound the corner from you guys.

BTW, Ive had my race axles on for a year now, not 1 problem yet.

CoolGTX is talking about precision driveline i believe, there in steger. Percision was going to cost me more money then Axels inc. I had my axels redone at Axels inc. with all new boots hardened internal parts and a lifetime warrentee. I have had 0 problems with them thus far and I am not easy on them by any means.

after I popped a few, I got a spare Pair, had them prof rebuilt for racing. When I had some major work done last year, I installed them. They have treated me well for 1 year to date.
That reminds me, I might as well have my now spare pair rebuilt.

I found out PDL delivers and picks up also. After the fact.. <_<

BTW, doing buisness with them before got you your better deal.

are you getting hardened parts installed on yours? or is it just basic rebuild?

hardened.... chromalie or however you spell it.....i told him i needed em to handle up to 400HP....i figured that would be plenty safe
