3800 Another GP Kill.....294S to 95th St.

I dont know why GP's lately have a fetish of wanting to race me, but I am 3 for 3 against them in the past few weeks.

This one was a 99 or 00, seemed to be a GT from the race that we had. If it was a GTP, I think it wouldve performed a little better then the outcome made it. Dark forest green 2dr, tint, and that's about it. I think an intake too cause it sounded louder then stock.

Was a kid and his g/f or friend in the pass seat. He saw me on 294 heading to the 95th exit and gave it some gas. I just stayed behind him and then flew around him to show him I was interested.

I knew he wanted a piece when he was following me aggressively. We pull up to a light at 95th. I go, "Are you part of ILGPC?" He said, "No". Light goes green, I'm stalling to 2k and take off as he does. It was game over for this GP from the start. No chance at all.

I asked him what happened and he said there was a cop so he slowed down. :bsflag: I said, "I sure hope you have more then that" Then we went on our way.

Basically it wasnt even close, but I thought I would post up cause he tried to race me, and it was a GP so I wanted to see if anyone knew him. Probably a needle in a haystack. mmm k bye

I'm not makin my car out to be real fast, cause I know it's not. It's a 3500lb boat. I'm just saying, do these cars think my car is a 4cyl? It was one of the quickest cars in it's class during that year. Plus it's not made anymore, so not many people know about them.

Oh well. It definately wasnt' fish. I met fish before. lol

SaturdayGS-I did not notice a tv or system in there. His car was debadged, but judging by the result of the race, it wasnt a GTP. If it was, he definately didnt represent the s/c peeps.
