    Here we go.. I have to say this to everyone.. I was so pissed off today from another stupid person.. I LOVE grand Prixs.. To me is doesn’t matter if it is a 98 or a 04, I LOVE them all.. The Grand Prix is the BEST car ever made.. That’s just how i feel.. Well this happened to me again.. I was driving and i seen ANOTHER older person ( Mid 30's ) driving a Grand Prix..( It was the 97-03 ) I had to stop right next to him at a light on Bonner.. I looked over to him and said, " You have a nice car man" Those were exactly what I said... This fucker looks RIGHT a me, shakes his head, then rolls the window up... W.T.F. You could imagine how mad i was... I wanted to ram him tight off the road with my lead sled... That bitch....

    Anyways, so Me and my friend Brian were talking to day and he said something to me that made me wonder.. You know how the T/A's drive with those fogs on.. My dad always told me that they kind of sign by the lights or a wave.. Well Brian asked me if Grand Prix should flash the fogs to each other out of respect.. I think of it as saying " Hey you have a nice car " I know the head lights means Cops ahead.. What do you think.. I'm going to do it anyways.. I think it is a good idea.. I thought it was worth a post...

    DAM.. MY BAD.. No but it just makes me so mad when you say nice things about someones car and they totally wright you off.. It happens to me all the time.. Some people just dont deserve to drive a Grand Prix...


    P.S. this guy had small gray hairs in his beard.. I sont think that will happen @ 35.. So now i think he might be a bit older than that..

    haha i always wonder what 2 do with the prixs as well and i thought of the fog lights but wasnt sure if they would pay 2 much attention, and its 2 much work 2 roll ur window down and wave at them cuz A. they may not wave back. B. pass u by before u can get ur hand out the window. C. just not care.... i wish our cars were like vettes cuz when im in my dads vette and we pass another they ALWAYS!!! wave there was not a time when a vetter didnt wave which is cool. But i dunno we can try the fogs.

    I usually drive with my arm hanging out the window or on resting on the top of the door at least...and if I see a modified GP I have at times givin a little hand raise or a nod if the situation is right..I dont go out of my way for them to see me but If I know their looking ill aknowledge them.

    haha when we exited 4 corners so i can race mike in the gto... a white prix comes in we wave he gives dirty glare! OK THANKS ASSHOLE!

    I would of gave you the finger and asked if you wanted to run your crawlin junk :p (yes I've done this many times) easiest way to get a guy in a fbody,corvette,cobra to run is to get on the guys nerves.. heres a good one if you pull up to a older guy at a light in a corvette tell him his car is cute and your grandma has one just like it :blink: :lol: :ph34r: :lolsign:

    I would expect that the "old dude" in the other Grand Prix wasn't used to people legitimately complimenting his car, let alone a young guy like yourself. He may have thought that you were picking on him...that or he was just a rag-muffin having a bad day!

    Oh yea, I'm 36 and half my gotee and the hair on my head is gray but I pay attention to you young whipper-snappers when a compliment is passed. That guy probably forgot his daily vitamin! :lolsign:

    im sure he though it was some young punk being a dick.

    ya there are probably 5-10x as many non-modified family car Grand Prixs are there are modified ones. People buy TAs and vettes for a sports car, they dont buy grand prixs for sports cars. My 04 was rated like 4 out of 5 in consumer reports car edition (i think consumer reports) so a lot of people got them for reliability and comfort.
