I need new rotors and pads anyway so I woudl have spent at least 200 or so on them for premium rotors and raysbestos pads.......

The only thing Baer is the front rotors and calipers, rear are stock drilled and slotted rotors w/ some SS brake lines and good bolts. But still a hell of a good price.

Yes, but there are many difrerent tyes of upgrades....the basic kits rotors are not as nice as the ones I am getting.


Mine have teh light weight aluminum hub and way better rotors which are slotted in drilled. Much better quality then something like powerslots, etc.....

For that price I had to jump on it. He even just trew in the new C4 pads to.

Figure the F Bdoy kit is 450 plus SS lines..........Im only spending another 200 or so extra. Plus, cosmetically the are beautiful. Just a tad better then painted calipers

They are the right way for stopping FASTER..


when the slotted part hits the pad dead on (like in the top pic) braking distance is reduced, but life is reduced as well of the pads.


Most of us run the rotors the other way for length of life.

I had a set of Raybesto rotors that had Left and right on them and it wasnt like the pic above. I did speak to a few people at GPG 04 about there baer rotors and they didnt know either, they said it had left and right on them as well.

The orientation of the slots has little to do with the rotating direction of the rotor.....the curved internal cooling vanes dictate how to mount them. If Baer rotors had straight vanes it wouldn't matter which way you mount them on the car.

they look mounted incorrectly to me while you're moving foward it would be counter-productive to have the slots curve inward you would just force gas created by the pad to get stuck in that slot.. the idea is to have thos slots VENT the gas while cutting the pad slightly to clean the surface
