Yeah, an Xterra decided to back up and park on top of my hood... While I was sitting in the Taco Bell drive up line.

DAMN!!! Sorry about that I know how you feel. Its ok just have your insurance buy you a new hood. Talk to a shop and ask them to jack the price up and just pay the difference for the new hood. What's your deductible??

Actually we went to the police station did the report thing the drove back to the Taco Bell and got food, LOL.... I have his info and I am pretty sure State Farm is going to take care of me. Upgrades?... Now why would I do that?

Naw, I am thinking the SD 4 vent or I was thinking about the SLP gen 2... I am not all about the F1 on my car and the SLP Gen 1 is overused. I still have not taken a liking to the cowl hoods either.

Yea b4 they take pics make sure it isn't repairable, if you put a 2x4 on the side there next to the big ass dent and close it so theres a pinch in the hood they will replace it, It sounds a little painful lol.. Also argu with that ins company the xterra people have tell them you do not have a cheap aftermarket hood on ur car and you won't settle for anything but new and original... they can't argue with you, since your right.. give em hell... I know this person that got a new hood h34r:

My body shop only uses OEM parts so that will not be a problem and I am pretty sure he is going to insist on replacing it... Don't worry Stacey... You can hump the new hood tooo

I saw the intense cowl hood on a few cars this weekend and I like it alot now, if u want carbon fiber I think thats ur only choice anymore.

Well State Farm says I get a new hood so time to choose. I think I am leaning towards the SD 4 vent, but the SLP gen 2 with the Camaro SS is cool looking as well...
