3800 Plans tonight?

I know this is short notice, but the Elmhurst car show is going on this evening and the theme is pre-95' Buick/ Pontiac. They also have a "non-themed" lot where everyone can park. Does anyone feel like bringing some Grand prix up? I'll be there and it would be nice if my car had other cars to talk to. It doesn't get along with muscle cars.

At any rate, we will be arriving in a Grand National and my Grand Prix at 6:00. If anyone is interested in going, we can meet a couple blocks away and all park together.

The show is in downtown Elmhurst and is huge. Over 150 cars I would say. Post here if you want to go and we'll figure out a meeting place. I'd like to meet some members anyhow.

If you guys know how to get there, it's basically taking 290 to York road South. The show is about a mile down. There is a CVS on the right hand side of York before you get to the show. Lets say we meet at 5:30 at that CVS parking lot?

I would but I only had two hrs of sleep the last 3 nites and I am already falling asleep here in the office..so I be's in bed by 5pm tonite lol or so thats how I feel rite now...

I just checked mapquest, and Butterfield crosses with York. I turn right on york right? im traveling east on butterfield. Then how far down after i turn right on york?

Im not too good with directions, unless i got the address, then i can mapquest it.

turn left on york, its about 2-3 miles down.

i have been to BWW numerous times... but where is this parking lot you guys are talking about?

walk north from BWW, turn elft at the first light, walk down the block and turn elft again. on the right is the main lot.

basically all up and down those streets people show their cars

Actually, the mapquest directions are going to take you down York Road. On your way to the car show there is a CVS. It will be on your right. It is on North and York IIRC.

the show is one block west of york and 1 block north of the tracks! featured car lot is the charter one bank

It was nice meeting you guys. Sorry we had to duck out, but E/T streets and rain don't mix very well. So who showed up... I know Ryan was there. Who else did I meet.

I got there late and rolled through a few times....just before it started to pour. :angry: I go to most of those weekly shows held in the various downtowns of near by cities.
