I just wanted to add this part number for the club. This is the deeper retainer that has helped to solve the pogo issues on lowered cars. They cost 26.39 shipped to Bolingbrook. Here is the part number. Hope this helps someone

iVE DONE THE FIX ON THE FRONT ONLY, AND i HAVE 1 INCH DROP, i LIKE IT ALOT, FEELS 95% STOCK(NO POGO), I dont see a need for the back as I dont have pogo back there.

I have this mod done on my car and I have stock struts with 11K and sprint springs. My car is hammered 2 inch drop and no pogo. I can only say that the car rides a little more harsh, but not that bad. And yes that was from gm parts direct.
