My goal was to have an in dash ICCU that utilized the stock buttons and retain traction control. There was a lot of fabrication involved, but worked out in the end. I have D (raregmfan on clubgp), bikrboy, and Kevin (he works at the shop with me) to thank for all their help. So here are the progress to finished product pics.
All the pieces
The ICCU buttons glued/siliconed over the (removed) stock buttons.
Stock buttons in place
All mocked up
Had to notch the stock housing to get the wires through.
All assembled
Finally installed
Matt (bikrboy) helped me solder and Mike (14secsomeday) helped me get the wires through to the engine compartment. Matt and I got everything hooked up, but the screen was not red as advertised. It was blue w/ white letters. The car also ran like shit with all the wires hooked up. I need to reset all the settings and start all over.
